Thorough our Corporate Operations Manager and Regional Directors, Kelly Inns, Ltd. has a visible focus and accountability on the property level. This position provides for more consistent and precise communication between the property level and the corporate level. This position helps ensure brand procedures and programs are being implemented and shares the best practices of various properties.
Training and development is another important role of the Corporate Operations Manager and Regional Managers. We prepare our staff to outsell the competition and gain a competitive edge. This component is key to both improving the value of our assets and ensuring the growth or our team members.
Revenue management is key to being a successful hotel. Our hotels strive to increase RevPar year after year and drive the growth of their market share. The role of revenue management is one that is a team effort consisting of property General Manager, Regional Manager, Corporate Operations Manager, Corporate Sales and President/CEO. Constant communication keeps us ahead of the game when it comes to supply and demand factors, business mix changes and any necessary operational adjustments that may need to change to be successful.
Sales and Marketing
Sales and Marketing is a crucial part of driving results to each of our hotels. Kelly Inns, Ltd. provides strong corporate support to hotel sales staff and General Managers through the Corporate Sales Representative.
Setting an example of dedication to build the account/client relationships, expanding community involvement, and actively selling our hotels in their markets is the lead role of the corporate and regional sales staff as well as the local hotel staff.
Human Resources and Risk Management
Kelly Inns, Ltd. Human Resources administers all human resources and risk management practices. The department is also responsible for recruitment, benefits administration and consults to training and development.
Our General Managers play a crucial role in implementing risk management programs and monitoring their cost effectiveness through safety awareness and training.
